Christmas Returns 2025:
We have extended our returns window to allow any order placed after 31st October to be returned to us by 31st January. The item must be in sellable condition and all other return requirements remain.

Operational Hours:
During the festive period our working hours may differ slightly. Our opening hours on 24th December will be shorter than usual and we will be closed until Monday 29th December, order may of course still be placed during this time but will not be dispatched until 29thDecember. We will then close early again on Wednesday 31st December and re-open on Friday 2nd January 2026.
Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt, you will be notified of your refund or exchange via email. If you have any concerns or are awaiting a refund or exchange please contact our customer service team via info@pizzazz-retail.co.uk.
