We're a small family run business in the West Midlands, UK.
How do I sign up for the email newsletter & get 15% off?
Scroll down on the website homepage and you will see a box to input your email address. Click 'Sign Up' and the website will refresh, this may take you to a page where you are required to enter a ReCaptcha and tick 'I Am Not A Robot' and then submit. Once the page has finished loading the box where you inputted your email address will then say 'Thanks For Subscribing'. If you do not see this it may be because you are already subscribed to our email newsletter. An email will them come to the inbox of the email address you used to sign up, this may take a few moments to come through, please also check your spam/junk folders. Inside the email will be a 15% off code that can be used once per customer.
Can I collect my order?
We currently don't offer a collection service on orders, please do not arrive at our offices as we will not be able to hand over your order.
I have a problem with my order?
If you need any help with your order we're always happy to help, our customer service team is on hand to take a look and come to a solution to rectify any order issue for you. Just drop us a message through email or give us a call and we can help you out.
Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived when expected please check our Shipping page for further details on the delivery and courier services we use and how we can help you locate the order. The majority of orders are shipped with a tracked Royal Mail service, please check your order tracking before contacting us.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship orders worldwide from the UK and offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £10. If you have specific concerns or requirements for an order please get in touch and we can do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
For UK orders placed with standard shipping we aim to deliver via Royal Mail in 3-5 working days. If your choose an express service we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days
For Europe we ship standard delivery orders via Royal Mail which usually takes 7-10 days dependent on the destination country. If you choose a courier or tracked service this will offer a tracking number for delivery and some items may require a signature upon arrival
For Rest of the World countries such as USA and Australia we ship with a standard service via Royal Mail which takes on average 7-15 working days dependent on the destination country. If you choose a courier or tracked service this will provide a tracking number for delivery and some items may require a signature upon delivery
Please note these are delivery aims and in some, exceptional circumstances orders may take slightly longer. Please contact us if you need more specific delivery information for a particular country.
How can I return my order?
We offer a 30 day return period on all orders, you can see full details about our policy on our Returns page.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
If you have changed your mind and need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP so we can try to cancel the order for you, please note if the order has already been shipped we can not cancel it and would request you to return the goods for a full refund
We are able to make some amendments to orders in some circumstances, this is in relation to sending a different size or colour of product or an address change, this is not in regards to product customisation or personalisation. Please contact us ASAP if you require an amendment and we will try to help.
Can I reserve a product or pre-order?
At the moment this isn't a service we offer, we may look into this in the future.
When will a product be back in stock?
We are always doing our best to keep popular and best selling items in stock, we regularly update stock on the website so please check back soon if the item you wanted is currently unavailable. You can also contact us directly and we can take a look at when we may be restocking a particular item.
I need more product information?
We try to keep up to date with our product details to make sure you feel confident about a product before you checkout, if you need more information than is available in the product description please let us know and we can get that detail for you.
Do you have discounts or promotions?
We promote our discounts on the website when they are available, you can also check our social media for updates on new promotions or money off codes. All UK orders automatically get free delivery for orders over £10 and we do have a selection of items on sale at discounted prices. Sign up to our newsletter to get 15% off your first order.
