Shipping policy

Operational Hours:

We are generally able to offer same-day dispatch for orders placed by 1pm UK time Monday - Friday. This does not include bank holidays. Any order placed on a bank holiday, weekend or after 1pm weekdays will be dispatched on the following working day.

Festive Operation Hours:

During the festive period, our working hours may differ slightly. We update our policy pages during these times to reflect when we will be able to dispatch orders. 

UK Delivery Estimates

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Fee when you spend £25)  - UK tracked with a delivery aim of 2-5 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - UK tracked with a delivery aim of 1 -2 working days

DPD Express - UK Tracked with a delivery aim of 24 hours on working days

All delivery estimates are delivery aims as given by Royal Mail. No delivery estimates are guaranteed delivery times.

International Delivery Estimates

Europe Tracked Shipping - via Royal Mail up To 15 working days

All international shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked International mail, shipping is based on weight. We ship to a select number of European countries at the moment

Countries We Cannot Deliver To At Present

Due to shipping costs and challenges with couriers we're not able to ship orders to USA, Australia, Ireland along with other European and Middle Eastern countries.

Customs Fees & Taxes

As the UK is now no longer part of the EU orders shipped internationally, including countries within Europe, may incur a customs fee charge. This now includes Ireland.

We do not deliver goods Duty Paid at this time therefore any custom fee charged on an order is the responsibility of the customer/consignee

The shipping charge calculated at checkout is a different charge from any potential customs fee

We do not refund outbound shipping fees should a parcel be returned by the customer or by the courier for non-delivery. This includes parcels refused at the point of delivery or not collected due to import fees being charged. We reserve the right to charge for outbound postage should we be asked to arrange re-delivery of the goods.
