How To Use
Always remove the microwavable flaxseed insert from the elephant outer cover before heating. Never microwave the outer cover. Heating must be carried out by an adult.
- Remove the microwavable insert from the outer cover.
- If the product has been used several times and feels dry, place half a cup of water inside the microwave while heating to assist rehydration. Take care when removing the cup afterwards, as the water may be very hot.
- Check that the microwave turntable is clean, free from grease or anything that could cause burning, and able to rotate freely.
- Evenly distribute the flaxseed filling inside the insert and place the insert on a non-metallic plate on the microwave turntable. This helps reduce the risk of hot spots.
- If the insert does not sit flat on the turntable, it may be folded over.
- Heat for 20 seconds initially, then carefully touch-test.
- If additional warmth is required, continue heating in 10-second increments, checking the temperature each time.
Maximum total heating time:
- 500–750W microwave: Maximum 1 minute
- 800–1000W microwave: Maximum 30 seconds
- Once heated, allow the insert to stand for 30 seconds before use.
- Carefully place the warmed insert back inside the Htoy outer cover and secure the Velcro completely before use.

Always allow the insert to return completely to room temperature before reheating.

- Heating must only be carried out by an adult.
- Do not overheat.
- This product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
- Always carefully check the temperature before use, particularly before giving the product to a child.
- Take care when removing the insert and cup of water from the microwave, as they may be hot.
- Always replace the insert inside the outer cover and securely fasten the Velcro before use.
- If overheating occurs, allow the insert to return to room temperature and carefully inspect the insert, seams and overall condition. Do not use if damaged.
- Inspect the product regularly and discard it if it becomes worn or damaged.
- Do not ingest the contents.
- Not suitable for children under 36 months due to the risk of overheating.
- Consult a doctor before use if pregnant.
- Clean only according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Soft outer cover: hand wash only. Ensure it is completely dry before replacing the insert.
- Store in a clean, dry environment.
- Dispose of through normal household waste when the product reaches the end of its usable life.
