Return Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from within 30 days of shipping date, return it for a full refund of the product price or exchange it for a different product.

All returns must have an authorisation number. Contact us via phone or email to obtain this number. Please write the authorisation number on the outside of the shipping box. Please repack all items securely with a copy of your packing slip, using the original packaging if possible. Send the merchandise prepaid and for your security we advise you to get ‘proof of posting’ when returning goods and/or insure against loss in transit. Be assured that we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return. Offers are subject to change without notice.

Pizzazz Retail warranties the workmanship of all products and will repair or replace defective items under the following guidelines:

  1. Claims for defective or incorrectly shipped items purchased from must be reported to Pizzazz Retail within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  2. Pizzazz Retail must authorize all returns. A Return Authorization number must be printed on each returned package.
  3. Defective goods will be repaired or exchanged as warranted.
  4. Refunds for defective goods will include the product value, shipping and handling.
  5. Refunds are made only for purchases through Defective items purchased elsewhere will be replaced.


Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. Once product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns under these conditions:

  1. Claim is not reported within 30 days of receipt of order.
  2. Product is returned without obtaining Return Authorisation from Pizzazz Retail.
  3. Product is mishandled or improperly repackaged.
  4. Package is returned without original gift box.
  5. Package is ticketed or otherwise defaced.


An 18% restocking fee may be assessed if packaging is not fully acceptable.


Freight Damage

If outer shipping carton is damaged upon receipt:

  1. Retain all packing materials for freight company inspection
  2. Report damage to your local freight company agent first
  3. Report damage to Pizzazz Retail customer service for further advice or instruction.


Refused Shipments

Refused shipments will incur an 18% restocking fee. Restocking fee and all freight charges incurred must be paid prior to release of a subsequent shipment.
