All returns must have an authorisation number. Contact us via phone or email to obtain this number. Please write the authorisation number on the outside of the shipping box. Please repack all items securely with a copy of your packing slip, using the original packaging if possible. Send the merchandise prepaid and for your security we advise you to get ‘proof of posting’ when returning goods and/or insure against loss in transit.
