Shipping
All goods ordered on this site are typically shipped within two working days.
Orders placed before 2:00PM are often shipped the same day. Once an order has been placed you will be kept up to date on the status of your order through email.
We deliver to mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Europe, Canada & USA as well as parts of Asia & Australasia. If you live outside of these areas and would like to purchase any of our products, please contact us.
Pizzazz Retail Ltd. cannot be help responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your item. The cost of Shipping includes both Post and Packing.
Delivery Charges
We aim to keep our prices as competative and realistic as possible. Charges for the UK are as follows:
- Orders up to and including £30.00 - £1.95 Postage
- Orders up to and including £50.00 - £4.95 Postage
- Orders up to £70 and above - £7.95 Postage
Returns Policy
We are sure that you will be fully satisfied with the quality of the products purchased from our site.
If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 10 days for a refund (not including postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
You must notify us within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered, of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint you have in respect of them. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization.
In the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement once the original has been returned to us. If an item is returned and found not to be faulty, the customer is liable for all postage costs and no refund will be available. For returns all packaging must be in its original condition.
In the event of an order being incorrect, we will be happy to exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the incorrect item back. In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, no refund will be given.
